Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Krealumen Group Ltd (“Krealumen,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use krealumen.org (the “Site”). It applies to this corporate website only.

Kreators International, our learning platform at kreators.online, is a separate product with its own privacy policy and its own protections for the students who use it. This policy does not cover it.

1. What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us.

• Information you give us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the category you select (investor, partner, school, media, or other), and the content of your message.
• Basic technical logs: like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit — to serve the Site and keep it secure.

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies to profile you, and the Site does not set tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so simply viewing a page does not share your details with any font or advertising network.

2. How we use it

We use the information you send us only to:

• read and respond to your enquiry;
• continue a conversation you have started with us — for example, sending an investor pack you asked for;
• keep our own records of who has contacted us and about what; and
• operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We rely on your consent, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, as the basis for this. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we never sell it.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the Site work, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the Site and keeps the technical logs described above.
• Our email provider delivers your contact-form message to our inbox at hello@krealumen.org and stores our email so we can reply.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Where your information is processed

We are based in Accra, Ghana. Our hosting and email providers may process and store information on servers outside Ghana. Wherever your information is handled, we expect it to be protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep the messages you send us for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. When we no longer need them, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

6. Your rights

You have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• stop using it, or object to our using it, in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@krealumen.org. We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and if you are unhappy with how we have responded you may contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

7. Security

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and contact-form messages are transmitted to us over an encrypted email connection. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

This site is aimed at investors, partners, press, and prospective colleagues — not children — and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Our learning platform, Kreators, is designed for students aged 8 to 18 and handles their data under its own policy and safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the Site.
